of street, portraits, food, landscape, spas and hotel interior
images.

Humanity. A collection of images exploring the quality of
being human as shown through our emotions and behaviour.

2006: Village Workers. This essay is an on-going
project exploring workers and their work in different villages.
The first part of this series starts off in the paddy fields
and handicraft centers in Lombok, Indonesia. Much of the techniques
used are in the pre-modernisation era, typified by the absence
of harvesting and threshing machines in the fields or pottery
wheels.
September
2005: In the words of Terry Pratchet, "Falling
isn't a problem, hitting the ground is". One fine day
Liv, our cat, decided to test gravity. Gravity won, she was
hospitalised and we're a few thousand dollars poorer. This
essay covers her last few days in ICU until October.
May
2005: Aceh. A city suddenly thrust into the news
because of the tsunami of Dec 2004. About 150,000 people lost
their lives here....a number too staggering to comprehend.
This photo essay looks at a few affected areas, reconstruction
of property and lives in these areas, and the resilience of
the survivors following this tragedy.
